General terms, cancellation and payment conditions for Bonaire Eco Rentals

Reservations & payments


After you make the reservation you will immediately receive an email with the booking confirmation and the payment details. 
 
To guarantee your stay, we ask you for a deposit of 20% of the total fee. This deposit must be paid within 48 hours after the reservation has been made. The remaining amount must be paid in full 60 days before arrival. 
 
For reservations less than 30 days before arrival, the entire amount must be paid immediately. We request that you check the confirmation and inform us if it is incorrect. The rates on the confirmation are binding. All our rates on the website are in US dollars.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. Any earlier check-in or later check-out is negotiable based on availability. Cancellation
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, no charges will apply. If you cancel within 29 days or later before arrival, 100% of the amount will be charged. We advise you to buy travel and cancellation insurance. This way you are well insured against unexpected cancellations or delays.



Additional information

  1. The maximum occupancy of the Houses is different per house.  
  2. The minimum age of the head booker is 18.
  3. Pets are allowed at Bonaire Eco Rentals, 
  4. Smoking is not allowed in the suites or apartments, including the balconies and terraces. If our smoking policy is violated, a cleaning fee will be charged to you. Smoking is allowed in specially designated places outside the houses.
  5. The pool is entered at your own risk, pool rules apply.
  6. The rent includes water and electricity consumption. We use a fair user’s policy. Please read our FAQ section on the website. 
  7. Playing loud music is not allowed. We respect everyone’s rest between 22:00 in the evening and 8:00 in the morning.
  8. Bonaire Eco Rentals is in no way liable for the loss, theft or damage of property during the stay. Bonaire Eco Rentals is also not liable for any malfunctions or interruptions of technical installations and equipment.
  9. Guests of Bonaire Eco Rentals are liable for loss and/or damage suffered by Bonaire Eco Rentals as a direct or indirect result of their stay.
  10. In the event of incorrect use of the booked accommodation or inappropriate leaving of this accommodation, any additional costs, such as an extra cleaning, will be charged to the guest.
  11. The content of the Bonaire Eco Rentals website has been prepared with the greatest care. Although BER does its best to offer all information, photography, products and services as good and error-free as possible, no guarantee can be given for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the content.
  12. BHB cannot be held responsible for any errors or other consequences resulting from using this website. BHB therefore waives any liability whatsoever.
  13. With the booking, you agree to our terms and conditions.
