All data is only processed with your explicit consent or for the implementation of the agreements that are entered into, or because processing is necessary to put you in contact with potential relations such as our partners.
Recipients of the data
The data that Bonaire Eco Rentals receives and processes are managed by: Transip / Bonaire Eco Rentals
If you contact us via the forms, the relevant e-mails are stored on the servers of Transip. This is managed by Fitbrand through a Private Server.
Local PC
Data from the forms on the website is sent via the website to haytihaakma1@hotmail.com and hayte.haakma@gmail.com. The data from the website is further processed on a local PC. Once the data has been processed and is no longer relevant, it will be deleted.
Data retention period
Your information will be kept for a longer period by Bonaire Eco Rentals, but never longer than necessary for carrying out activities, unless we have to keep your information longer by virtue of a legal regulation.

The personal data managed by Bonaire Eco Rentals or by the aforementioned third parties are only accessible via the above software and are protected with a password and where possible with two-step verification. With this two-step verification, a code is generated from the software and sent to Bonaire Eco Rentals. This code must be used during the login process.
The devices that open your data are also each locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to only the required devices. The local workstations are well protected with anti-virus programs, firewalls and password protection.
